For athletes interested in the all-star experience, our prep teams are for athletes born between 2004 – 2016. Space is limited on our prep teams and there is a minimum skill recommendation to be placed on these teams.
Prep Cheer athletes train once per week throughout the season (beginning in September), with a portion of practice time dedicated to tumbling skills. They will compete in 3-4 local competitions throughout the season. A
significant time and financial commitment is expected of all of our prep athletes and parents.
To be considered for our Prep Teams, athletes must attend an individual assessment. The skill recommendation to be placed on a Prep Team is a bridge from standing. Email email@example.com for more details!
